The Red Sox
Foundation is now accepting nominations for the 12th Annual “IMPACT” Awards (Inspiring More Philanthropy Across
Charities Together) presented by the Manning Family Foundation. Since 2015, the
IMPACT Awards have distributed over $950,000 to nonprofits in Connecticut,
Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The IMPACT
Awards provide Red Sox fans with the chance to nominate their favorite, most
impactful nonprofit organization serving New England for their opportunity to
win a grant from the Red Sox Foundation. In
2026, the IMPACT Awards will focus on organizations that are supporting research and providing awareness, advocacy, and
services to people with diabetes.
At the
conclusion of the nomination period, the Red Sox Foundation and Manning Family
Foundation will judge nominations to determine five finalists from each state (30 total) and give Red Sox Nation
the opportunity to vote to decide which top 3 nonprofits each receive a prize
(18 total). The three organizations with the most votes in each state will win
a grant; $15,000 for first place, $5,000 for second place and $3,000 for third
place. Please find additional recognition opportunities below for each tier.
Once again this
year, the nonprofit organization receiving the most votes overall will receive
recognition as the IMPACT Regional Champion, which includes an additional grant
award of $15,000 and other marketing opportunities.
