All decisions made by the New England Service Scholarship Selection Committee are final. Access to scholarship funds is contingent upon the Scholar’s enrollment in an accredited college, university, or vocational program. Scholarship funds are only paid directly to the school, never to a private individual. By applying for the Scholarship, I grant my school and/or district permission to share relevant information with members of the Red Sox Foundation. By submitting this application, I, in my own capacity and, if applicable, in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 18 (“the child”) consent to and grant the Red Sox Foundation (herein, “RSF”), Boston Red Sox, its employees, agents, independent contractors, legal representatives, successors and assigns and all other persons acting with RSF’s and Boston Red Sox's permission, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to use my name, and, if applicable, my Child’s name, biographical, academic and/or photograph, video or other likeness for any and all lawful promotional and advertising purposes at any time, on any medium, without compensation. I understand these materials may be needed now and in the future.
